sorry, i cancel gifovly project.

giflib/util/gifovly.c inspired me.
gifovly.c is based begore GIF89 spec,
no transparent, no animation.

I think so good extend gifovlay.c
to GIF89a function include,
modify overlay to overlap routine, 
and provide php extension make us happy.
